Ensure the receiver is in Learn Mode and that the key fob is actively transmitting during the pairing process.
Check the key fob batteries and confirm battery voltage is between 2.2 V and 3.2 V.
Verify the magnet being used is strong enough and is applied in the correct location to activate the sensor.
Inspect the key fob for contamination or corrosion. Ensure the metallic dome makes clean contact with the circuit board.

PDM60, AmpLink
Both power and ground must be fully disconnected from the module before programming.
Ensure you are connecting through the AmpLink PDM app, not your device’s Bluetooth settings.
Verify the correct trigger wire is connected and enabled in the configuration settings.

Verify that the supply voltage and load are within rated specifications.
If the metal cable can be moved in and out by hand, contact Rowe Electronics for service.
Ensure the throttle cable sheath is properly secured and the cable cannot be moved by hand. Contact Rowe Electronics for service.
Reverse the two actuator motor wires at either the control connection or actuator connection.
Inspect cable routing and confirm the system load requirements are within specifications.
Actuators are serviceable only by Rowe Electronics. Any attempt to disassemble the unit will void the manufacturer warranty.
